Welcome to my Pathway portfolio site!

My name is Wenye Wang, and I an recently graduated from the Accounting Pathway program of INTO Mason.
Different people have different strengths, skills and values. For me, I appreciate a lot for my parents because they gave me some great strengths when I was born, they provided me a good environment and chances for learning skills and educated me well. The three greatest strengths of me are the ability of making decisions, good logical thoughts and good at socializing.

I am always good at making decisions. I won’t be filled with misgiving and fears when something big is coming up and I have to make some big decisions, I tent to have a clear mind to compare the advantages and disadvantages, so it is easy for me to make decisions quickly and objectively. In the graduate school, there are a lot of projects that we have to work for, so this strength can help me to decide which one should I put more effort on. And in the future, when it comes to chose a career, I believe I can make a good decision and do my best for my decision.

I also have a good logical thoughts. I think find the logical relationship between different things are very important. In the graduate school and career that I will have, it will helps me to analysis materials better and learn things quicker. Last but not least, my socializing strength are really helpful, because graduate school are pretty much like a small society, it is important to communicate and socialize with different people. Also, in the future work environment, we all have to connect more with strangers and people with different personality, so I think this strength will help me a lot.

I also learned a lot of skills during my teenager years. I am really good at math, I am a good public speaker and a good writer. Because I choose accounting as my major and future career, so I think these three skills are very useful for me, because math, public speaking and write papers are all very important genres in this field.

My three biggest values are being close with my family, making money and learning new things. I really love to exploring and learning new things. I think that is a good value to have because accounting is a field that things will changing every year. I want to be a good child of my family because my parent taught me well, I want to pay back for them. It is not necessary for me to live close with them, but I will make sure that emotionally, we are very close. And last, I believe making money is a great motivation. I am very poor when I was younger so I want to have a better life condition for my family and myself. I want to make a lot of money and I believe that will help me to become a hard work employee in the future, So this things are my strengths, skills and values.

I think different people can have really different personalities, I may be not magnificent, but I am still unique.
